Ensure the blower works constantly, Check to ensure that the cooling framework is full, Check to ensure the motor warms up to working temperature, and ensure that every one of the modes on your warmer work. On the off chance that every one of those are palatable, it is possible that you have a mix entryway actuator issue. First attempt to do the adjustment on the radiator framework.

thanks for the reply. I’ve been having a look the past few days and can confirm the blower is working. Temperature of motor/ radiator temp is good.
When selecting floor, face, window mode it does not change from blowing on the face. thinking control panel maybe?

Where the air comes out is controlled by the "mode door", which is positioned to direct the air flow to the defroster outlets, the panel outlets or the floor outlets, as set by the controls on the panel. The HVAC is controlled by the body computer, so the problem could be the control panel, the circuit to the computer from the control panel, the computer itself, the circuit from the computer to the actuator motor, the actuator motor itself or the mode door. Often there will be an error code stored in the computer that can point to the location of the problem. A very sophisticated code reader (not one of the auto parts store variety) will be needed to drill down that far to find it. Unfortunately, the reader with that capability costs something like $15,000 and is only going to be held by a dealership or a very high end shop. They want $100 to hook it up to the car and get a reading. It could be cheaper to just start throwing parts at it. Good luck.

The codes with range to large usual means the door is broken and the motor is just spinning around . remove the motors for the blend doors and see if you can move them by hand and they stop at the positions or the spin all the way around if they do need to r and r the dash and replace the blend air doors them self.
