2009 T&C Uconnect Won't Pair
Hello,
I have a 2009 Chrysler Town and Country. I recently acquired a Galaxy S5 cell phone and cannot get it to pair with my Uconnect radio. I foolishly deleted the pairing for three earlier phones which I felt I did not need to be paired anymore. Consequently I cannot try to use one of those to see if the Uconnect was still working.
My wife has a one year old LG K10 phone and it won't pair either. I have read the phone manuals for both phones and followed the instructions but neither will display a serial number to enter into the Uconnect screen.
Any suggestions would be most welcome. I need to get back to hands free phone use while driving.
Thanks in advance, Peter B.

UPDATE.
I tried pairing my older Galaxy 4 Blaze that used to be paired, that would not pair either. So it looks like a radio problem.
A few other posts in the forum suggested disconnecting the battery for half an hour. I pulled the fuse instead, it is number M12, 30 Amp. Let us see what happens.

There is more than one fuse to the radio. There are two power supplies to the radio, one through the key and one not through the key to power the clock when the key is off. Look in your owners manual for information regarding which fuse does what.
