Default 2014 town and country rear air

I'm brand new to the group. Just bought a 2014 Town and Country van and we love it, but I neglected to check the rear ac when we bought it. There is no airflow at all back there. The overhead controller seems to be sending signal to the dash climate display but nothing at all is coming out. I suspect 1st that is the rear blower, but I wanted to check a rear blower fuse first. The manual shows a fuse for rear hvac/radiator fan as J12, but in that manual there is no fuse J12 illustrated in the fuse box. ?? Is there a fuse and where is it.? Thanks.

J15 30 amp fuse for the control module the actual fan voltage comes form the module itself. Go smack the rear quarter panel with the power on see if the fan then comes on or not.
