96 Cirrus Wont start

If the computer doesn't know where the throttle is, it is likely to issue the wrong instructions to the fuel injectors. Spark timing is also dependent on the TPS. Is that going to solve all your problems? I don't know, but the error code deserves to be checked out at least.

finaly got the car to start up but now wen it starts it stars up idles high and then shuts of it does this every time it starts...? does the computers on this car grounded by bolting them bac down...r they grounded some way
