we have a 98 cirrus, no fire no fuel. we have changed ECM, dist, crank position sensor, all the relays we can find. we have a suspicion that it has something to do with an anti theft system, but do not know anything about these systems. Any help would be appreciated. does anyone know anything about the ADP relay?

 

You mean the ASD (auto shut-down) relay? Could be that. Not sure about your vehicle, some are mounted in the power distibution center under the hood, some on the firewall.
Have you checked for codes?
BTW, you can't just toss in an engine computer and expect it to work. It must be programmed to the vehicle. You did that, right?
