Default ABS issues

ABS & brake lights are on. Right front sensor and rear differential sensor have been replaced as well as pigtail connector to rear sensor. Shop tech says no codes are showing. His scanner is showing signals from both front wheel sensors, but no signal from rear sensor. Voltage is present at rear sensor. What's next? ABS module/controller ? Or does this problem require so many "starts & stops" to reset the computer and turn off the lights ?
