Default Accelerator getting stuck

My Wifes 2005 Chrysler 300 accelerator keeps getting stuck if you push it down, the only way to get it to return is to pull it back with my foot. I've tried spraying throttle body cleaner in the throttle body and cleaning it out and it didn't help at all. Just wondering what everyone would recommend?

Lubricate the mechanical pivot points in the linkage. Everything from the pedal to the throttle body. Try some silicone spray, carefully applied. Also the bowden cable.
