am I the only one hear that thinks questions like this should be baned????
My head hurts whats wrong??? But sence i have done this for many a years I would take a wild guess in saying that your blower motor resistor is bad and it had nothing to do with the service work u just had done. But then again I could be wrong because of such a good discription of whats going on aka like the fan inside is only working on high and what year and make of car are we talking about also helps more then u know

I hope your headache is gone by now, Kevin. LOL!

To Johnf: Here's how I rattle off my car's description when I go to AutoZone. "It's a 1993 Chrysler LeBaron LE Sedan with 300 CC engine, auto transaxle, PW, air, CC." That describes the make, model, model year, body type, # of doors, engine displacement, window controls, air and cruisein one brief sentence. Then, I add, "If you need to know the color, it's parked right outside." Of course, that makes them laugh, and that makes ME laugh on what can be a stressful day. Memorize that for your car, and you will cut down on the time spent answering questions that you should have answered with that sentence. LOL! But then, my dad taught me that stuff because he was and still is a mechanic.

Cheers,
Princess
