camshaft position sensor

Default camshaft position sensor
Does anyone know if the camshaft postion sensor is covered by the 7/70 powertrain warranty? I have a 2004 300M that my wife drives but I am having trouble with the car dying.

call a dealer and ask them u will need your vin number and miles.
How do u know its a cam sensor or are u guessing?
