check engine code PO432

Default check engine code PO432
I have a 98 concorde..check engine light is on, advance auto checked it and code PO432 appears..main catalyst below threeshold bank 2...anyone know what this is?? and est. how much to fix it..i just bought the car!! hope its not something major...PLEASE HELP!!
