Hello guys i'm new to this Forum and Just bought myself my first Chrysler which needs a bit of work but don't know anything about the car I hope someone can help:-)

1,I only have 1 key and when you unlock the door you have to put the key straight in the ignition else the alarm goes of
2,Where can I get another key? Are they transponder keys?
3,Should it have central locking?

if the key has a grey head on it, it's a transponder key, if you don't have a remote, buy one for a 2001 chrysler product off Ebay, then take the car & remote to a lock smith, there they will program the remote for you, I paid bout $45.00 and bout $10 bucks for a brand new remote off ebay, I bought my 2002 pt with no wheels and a seized engine 5 yrs ago, this is what I did to get a remote working on it
