Default Chrysler warranty

I'm in the market for a 2004-2006 Pacifica (or at least may be in the near future) and would like to know details on the Chrysler warranty coverage. When did the 7 year / 70k mile warranty begin? Do all Pacifica's fall under that coverage, or only certain years? I've seen folks mention "out of warranty" in their help requests, but if 7-year applies then no Pacifica back to 2004 should be out of warranty until 2011 unless they're over the mileage (certainly possible).

Also for warranty repairs, what kind of service have you all typically received from Chrysler dealers? Good, bad, indifferent? Of course some places are better than others, but I'm just looking for an overall impression. I've been a GM owner pretty much my whole driving life, and avoid dealers at all costs since I've never had a car new enough for warranty coverage and without that their business seems to be to rip off the consumer. Maybe I'm just a pessimist. Thanks in advance for any comments -

Ah, ok. Does powertrain include anything except engine and tranny? And when they say "engine" does that also mean stuff attached to the engine, or just the block itself? Just want to know what kind of coverage I will or won't have with a 2004-2006 model.
