Drive axle nut size ??

Question Drive axle nut size ??

So I need to replace the wheel bearing on the front pass side of my 96 Sebring Convt. and realizr that I don't have a socket large enough to fit....is it a 33MM does anyone know ??

Socket is 1 1/4.

It's probably a metric size equivalent to 1 1/4, which would be closer to 32 mm.

To replace the hub bearing you'll need to disconnect the ball joints and pull the steering knuckle.

Thanks for the size information. 1 - 1/4 worked flawlessly on my 2011 Chrysler 200.

Default Axle Nut

Both 32mm and 1¼ in. works. On a 2011 200 you don't need to pull the knuckle off to change the bearing hub. It can be done using penetrating oil and a heavy hammer. Take the axle nut off first, then push the shaft back for enough room to get the bolts out.
