engine cut out probs

Default engine cut out probs

hi there. i have a grand voyager 2002 2.5crd ltd vm manual with 142k miles.twice now engine has cut out on motorway,cruising 50mph drop to 4th put foot down ...ok for2to3 secs then shut down. starts again when stationary and when coasting.
all lights on when cuts out except oil light.level ok
anyone got any ideas ?

See if there are any fault codes then come back with the codes and I will help you with what the code stands for and if I have come across the problem before.

thanks merlin will do when it cuts out again.ill give it a good run 2moro and see what happens

I just got my 2007 chrysler voyager 2.5 crd serviced plus timing and now it's cutting out with error code p1130. Any ideas. I get this thread is years old haha
