Error reading on DVD
Our 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Nav screen has a message "Error reading DVD-Rom Please check the disc" The first question is how do we remove Nav DVD? The navigation doesn't work. The radio and CD do. Secondly, if we remove and clean disc could that fix problem like the manual suggests?

Yes, it could. You might also consider using a commercial CD/DVD player head cleaner to clean the machine.
