Default Good scanner for Crysler products?

Hey guys.
Pretty much figured out these newer Chrysler's have out paced my Cheap OBD2 scanner for trouble shooting.
Wondering what a good reasonably priced option would be. Specifically for Chrysler products.
It can give me adequate results on other brands but I really want one that excels on Chrysler.
Have 5 of them 03 to 16.

I am also in the market for one for my 09 Aspen. I need it to be able to do everything, at an affordable price though. Running to the dealer every time something needs reset/programed can get expensive in a hurry.

Looking for Bluetooth interface to (Android 9.0) smartphone <$150.
What do y'all have, and what does it do for you?
Especially curious if there's anything unique, or if they all do the same thing, on my 2006 Sebring and 2006 Liberty CRD.
