Default Heater Issue - No blower in front

04 Chrysler Pacifica AWD with automatic heat plus rear heat.

Suddenly the front blower on my Pacficia seems to have failed. Instrumentation works fine as does the heat in the back; however the blower does not appear to be working for the front heat. Thinking it was the fuse, I check this first of course which turned out fine. When I called the garage to see if they had a relay in stock thinking this might be the issue, he replied that it is likely the blower motor resister. His indication was that these things go out all the time.

There was a similar post here: https://www.chryslerforum.com/m_6827/tm.htm

Does this indeed look like the problem?
How easily replaced are these things?

Thanks,

Mike
