Please help! My 2004 Pacifica won't start. We replaced the battery and still nothing. The odd thing is that it acts like it is not in park. I cannot change between settings on driver's seat or activate any menu options. It doesn't act like it's the starter. The display says that it's not in neutral.

 

so moving the shifter into N it wont show it?
by replacing the battery u erased any codes that could have helped in the diog of the issue as well
