Have a 07 Town and Country, it was wrecked and repaired. Replaced steering wheel airbag. Repaired van, Horn will not work. Checked continuity of clock spring ok!. Grounded wiring at steering wheel still no work. Any wiring diagrams of horn available? Verified from half of horn relay to horn, and horn works when wires crossed. Not getting ground from steering wheel to relay, Any diagram available to trace or any other ideas? Thanks!
