IAC and Revs on Idle

Default IAC and Revs on Idle
Hi,
Need help to locate IAC valve on a 2008 Voyager CRD. Recently replaced MAF, oxygen and camshaft sensors but car now revs on idle and stalls when put into gear.
Help please
