iPod connector works 4 60GB but not 4 80GB
I have a 2007 Chrystler 300. I have the iPod connection cable in the glove compartment. It works for iPod 60GB but it won't work for my new iPod Classic 80GB. The car tries to connect to my iPod Classic but suddenly shuts down and asks to "connect iPod." I am in the proper mode and connect it the same way I connected my iPod 60GB.
Is the iPod programming for iPod 60GB only? If not how do I fix this problem? I have cycled through 3 iPod Classics 80GB thinking it was the iPod. I took my car in to the Chrystler dealer and had a tec look at it. He didn't have an answer.
Please help.....
Anyone else have this problem??????

I would either find a different tech, or find another dealer. Do you have a MyGig radio or what type, there are lots of new software updates for My Gigs, that maybe could help you help.
