Default Need some help

So i bought this concorde a few months ago , and as of late its been running ****ty , so my first choice of solutions was going to get some new plugs , however it would seem this was also anothers idea first. as you can see the small torx screw is stripped. i have the proper tools to do this job , i just need help on how to get the these stripped screws out now? am i gonna be forced to drill em out? maybe a special tool is made for this sorta thing? what do you got?

Use a Dremel Tool to cut a slot in the top of the screw and use a regular flat-blade screwdriver.
