Question noise near torque converter

Hi everyone,

I bought my first chrysler not long ago and i love it. But im having a bit of trouble with it now. so i started getting that weird noise around the torque converter area. Its like glunking/slurping noise. So when i start the car up its a bit noisy. just enough to hear it inside the cab. But when i put it in gear it gets pretty loud. i thought it might be the flex plate. but when i turn off the car and look underneath and the noise keeps going on for like a second after the flex plate stops moving. So may be the torque converter is faulty. But before i start taking out the transmission i thought surely someone else from the forum has had the same problem and tell me what was the issue. It would suck to take out the transmission only to find out that noise is coming form the sump and it just sounded like it came from torque converter. i think it stops making that noise once i reach like 20km/h.( at least i cant hear it while driving)
I added a video of the noise:

Cheers,
