I have a grating sound coming from one side of the cooling fan assembly on my '07 4.0L Pacifica Touring. Has anyone replaced one of these? Looks easy enough to get to the side bolts and top clip, but there doesn't seem to be much room to maneuver the assembly out between the crossmember and the engine. How much stuff am I going to have to remove to swap out the fan?

Don't know about your Pacifica but on my Sebring, the crossmember over the radiator comes out.
