Default Pacifica sub-frame

I have a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica, 17,000 miles ago I had the sub frame replaced due to rust. Last week the sub frame fell of, the isolators pulled thru and the frame dropped. I had the car towed to the dealer who did the work they said its not under warranty. I pulled the invoice and looked at the list of parts replaced then, i looked at the parts schematic on the Chrysler web-site. It appears when the repair was done the ISOLATOR. Cradle, Crossmember. Lower Rebound Plate, was not replaced. After looking under the car i do not find this part. Please advise if the plate would have prevented the bolt from pulling thru the bushings.

I have a 2006 Pacifica with the same cradle rot. I am extremely disappointed in Chrysler.

If I have an accident because of this they will be sued!

This is obviously a manufacturing defect and they should step up and take the responsibility and fix the problem.

I WILL NEVER BUY A CHRYSLER PRODUCT AGAIN
