Default programming VIN into PCM

searched first of all

1996 Sebring 2.5 V6

Can someone tell me how to reprogram the VIN into a replacement PCM.
I do work for a shop that is non-Chrysler.

Reason: Vehicle seems to be flooding fuel into cylinders and running extremely rich.
you can smell the exhaust fumes and it smells like raw fuel.

Vehicle has had a complete tune up, brand new parts of course. firing orders checked and rechecked.
all is operational and correct. thought it were possible an injector were hanging open. purchased all new injectors and replaced. never the less it did not solve the problem. only other logical solution were to replace the PCM. now the vin has to be programmed into the new(er) computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If anyone has a computer for this vehicle please contact me with a price.

Thanks folks.

NEED A DRB3 TO PROGRAM A VIN UNLESS SOME ONE ELSE HAS AN AFTERMARKET SCANNER THAT WILL DO IT
