Has anyone run across this particular problem:

Chrysler PT Cruiser 2003 model 2.4 petrol. Has poor idling and shudders when pulling to a halt.

Any ideas?

 

There is a flash update for rough idle/idle undershoot.

 

I have a 2006 Pt Cruiser with similar problems. When idling shuts down or sometimes when slowing down. It is random and unpredictable. I am looking for insight, my mechanic can not identify the problem. We changed parks and wires and something to do with the fan, no relief. ANY insight would be helpful.

 

Did you Disconnect the Coolant Temp Sensor with the Engine Running when you set the Ignition Timing?
