Angry Secondary Coil Misfire 4.7

Ok, I'm looking for answers before going to a shop, I haven't gotten answers from my other groups. I have a 2011 Dodge Dakota Big Horn 4x4 with the 4.7 flex fuel engine, with 77,500 miles on it. I had the check engine light come on. So I scanned it and got the read out #6 plug misfire. I changed out the intake side of the plugs to NGK Platinum gaped to .40 and dropped in a new coil on plug pack as I had one on hand, disconnected the battery and held the key to the start position for 30 seconds to clear the code. after reconnecting the battery and starting the truck the light popped back on. My scanner says #6 misfire, went to my friends shop to re scan with his snap on tool. Now I have a more complete message that reads secondary coil misfire, it definitely has a misfire now. I'm preparing to change out the exhaust side plugs tomorrow, with a set of Bosch Iridium to be gaped at .51. The truck had been running perfect until the light came on, so other than maybe also changing the wires out too any suggestions?
