Steering wheel length

Ok so the 300 is a fantastic ride, except for one thing. Why is the dang steering wheel so short? So how come when I put the seat all the way back I cant even reach the steering wheel without putting strain on my arms? I mean the thing just doesn't extend out as far as it needs to unless you have arms like a gorilla, I pulled it out as far as it can go. Now I have plenty of leg room with the seat back but man my arms cannot stretch to control the wheel and I'm average height 6 foot with average length arms and longer legs. I've have other cars that extended out way further and were real comfortable riding with the seat back/reclined. But this is seriously making me mad.

Is there an extension spacer that can make the OEM steering wheel come out another inch or 2 ?

Can someone link me a solution / spacer / extender.
2013 Chrysler 300 base OEM steering wheel.
