Transmission shudder intermitantly on a 2006 Sebring? Shudder is usually in low taking off or just as tranny is shifting into second gear. Anybody know what the culprit might be? Any help would be appreciated.

 

Could be the fluid has been overheated, or otherwise compromised. A fluid and filter change, if not done since the problem started, may solve the problem. Otherwise, the clutch packs in the tranny, or a sticky control valve are suspect.
