Uconnect 5 Sound Intermittent - 2021 Pacifica Limited
Yesterday we drove about 200 miles to the only dealership we could find a Pacifica with the Limited trim package. Everything was fine on the way home, but this morning the sound is not working. This is my first Chrysler and I must say I'm not terribly happy spending $50K for a radio that worked for 5 hours.
What's happening:
It makes a quick static sound about every 5 seconds. This happens on Radio, Carplay, Phone, XM, Assist, SOS and listening to the rear entertainment units.
Things I've tried:
Soft Reset - Holding 'Power' and 'Tune' until the unit resets. With the ignition in 'Run', Open/Close doors
Factory Reset - Going through the menus in the Uconnect interface and choosing factory reset.
Disconnected the Battery for about a minute.
Pulled the 'Amp / ANC' fuse for about a minute.
