Default VIN Location

I don't know if I'm posting this in the correct location. If not, I apologize, tell me where to post and I will

I was doing a remodeling project for some people who had a 1966 300 convertable in the garage. It looked to be in pretty good shape,I was admiring it, the owners said they want to sell it. I told them I was interested.

I don't know anything about Chryslers. I figured I need to first find out what the VIN was.

Anyone know where to find the VIN numbers or VIN numbers? That would help me begin the figure out a price.

Thanks for your help

Default RE: VIN Location

When you open the drivers door, look on the column to the right, usually at that age their missing or, rusted out, and most times hard to see. Maybe try and find an old registration, it should be on it.
