Question Would LIke to know what the purose of this is...

Taking the covers off my 2003 Sebring 2.7 and Find these 2 micro capacitors? bolted to the valve covers. I have been doing some searches online with other people asking the same question but I wasn't seeing where anyone had a answer posted. So I'm hoping that someone here might be able to help. I have read that it is on other engines that just the Sebring 2.7 so that's why I thought posting it here might be best. Thank you to anyone that can help shed some light on this for me.

Also, if there was something wrong with these could that cause it to not start?

The numbers on the side are:

250/0.47

Those capacitors are noise suppressors for the ignition system. If shorted they might pull voltage to the injectors down. Simple check leave them unplugged see if it starts
