No. Its at the shop where this Ford dealer services used cars for resale. They don't have a clue. That was evident when they lied and said they pressure tested the system and found a bad gas cap.
The manager said that if the ESIM doesn't fix it he'll take it to the Chrysler dealer for them to fix it.
I haven't spent a penny here. They sold me the problem so they are going to fix it.

The diagnosis this time was leaking ESIM. Apparently when they replaced it at the Toyota dealer they didn't install the seal. Chrysler installed a new seal, smoke tested it again, and forced an EVAP test on it which it passed.
I guess it was a two-sided problem. First a bad ESIM and then a new ESIM minus the seal.
Man I hope this is put to rest!
