Hello i have a 2006 Chrysler Sebring Limited 2.7 V6
and i am so confused about the size of the wedge light bulbs for the Digital Climate Control Unit or HVAC
i know original oem matters but as i'm really getting tired of trying to replace the small wedge light bulbs
they keep going out no matter how many times i replace them i used replacement bulbs with wires and threaded the wiring around the sockets
so here i am wondering if anyone can tell me what is the actual size for them because i want to buy them in LED Bulk instead
T4 - T4.7 Neo's or whatever they're called i have searched the internet time and time again but i can't find proper results on the correct size if anyone would be so kind as to help me out with this matter
From what i have seen from the original bulb sockets are slightly burned from original oem bulbs so i wonder why Chrysler opted to use them instead of Leds?
Went over a couple of threads on here and seems like nobody mentions the type nor size of the bulbs like it's some part of a guessing game
This is the same Digital Control Module i have in my 06 Sebring please somebody give me a straight answer regarding the size & type of bulbs
and measure the bulbs and order some leds off the internet
Chrysler are lunatics having sold vehicles with Halogen Wedge Bulbs
The sockets melt and the bulbs have very short life expectancy also 50$ for an original oem A/C Climate Control Module Bulb that's pure insanity
Did you find out what size was it? Also if there are LED versions are they the same colour? I guess that is something between blue and green, so like 400nm wavelenght. There are some LED's in the market, but does anyone offer them for Chrysler?
Alternatively - is there a place to get the blue rubber condoms for lamps? Lamps alone are a standard item from electronics store, but they are all clear, of course. Here is a pic what I'm after.
