Sorry, I was not aware they had issues with the rear motors in the past so I didn't get it. I do now.
As far as rebuilding the motors, one of the guys on our Charger forum has done that and I posted his results and instructions on my webpage, with pics:

Arizona parts has 4296 076 but no picture so I have no idea what it is/looks like.
