01 Sebring Temperature Control

I have a 01 Sebring 4 door with the 2.7 V6 with 158,000 miles and my temperature control for my heater does not work. I read your post from the Chrysler Tech on how to reset the BCM, but what is the "EBL button"?

Electronic Back light rear defroster. what does not work there are several parts of the ac control head .
