The other day the serpentine belt broke. It was brand new. Replaced the tensioner assembly. Now the car will not turn over like it has a dead batterybut Is fully charged. Cleaned all contact surfaces and even put in a brand new oem starter and still nothing. Everything works as it should but it will not even turn the engine. HELP!!!!!

 

Can you rotate the crankshaft by hand? Are all of the other pulleys free to turn? Which engine are we talking about here?
