Just bought an aspen and the windows and sunroof womt open or close can anybody have or suggest any ideas

 

I'm going to guess it's a fuse which is controlling both. Not sure which one as my manual does not list which fuse is for the windows or the sunroof. You'll just have to check each one with a multi-meter and see if you can find one blown (check with key on since they should only work under power). Be sure to replace with same amperage if found blown. Don't forget to check both the inside fuse box by drivers kick panel and under the hood one as well.
