2000 Chrysler Town & Country A/C not working.

Checked voltage at clutch connector. 12 volts. Checked continuity across clutch coil connector. 5.8 ohms. Checked compressor shaft movement: seems to be locked up. Should compressor shaft turn by hand?

unless you have the clutch energized the insides of the compressor will not turn
