I'm getting ready to replace the expansion valve in the rear AC hopefully this will fix the problem....I couldn't hear the engine cooling fans coming on so
I replaced the relay and now they work but still no AC.........I didn't check the pressure yet as I need to have the system pumped down of all refrigerant

 

that was easier than I thought.....now to replace the valve

 

ok valve replaced and then the system was pumped down and refilled and now my ac works so thank you for all who helped

 

now i'm confused. is it 1 pound, or 2. 8 pounds? which is correct?

 

its 34 ounces with just front A/C and 46 ounces if it has rear A/C as well
