2014 Chrysler 300 owner

This thread deals with a 2013 300s but the spark plugs noted in post #11 indicates champion was OE supplier. Quite possible a change to NGK as the manufacturer for 2014 would have upped the revision letter.

Know anything about these Ruthenium Plugs? Supposed to be the latest technology.. Price not too bad.
I only want to do this plug job once as it gets quite involved. They are not easy to get at. Chrysler garage wants $400 to do job.
Not sure I want those cowboys touching my car after they diagnosed my neutral/park problem with suggestion I change transmission.
