Default 2015 Town and Country Rough Idle after Warming up

T&C 3.8L V6, vans runs fine for a while then it stalls out at red light, like a rough idle. Start then engine up, start driving and runs fine for about 5 miles (or ~10 min down the road) but the first red light I hit after that the van starts to rough idle and stalls out with no check engine light or fault codes (can repeat every time / every day).
By rough idle I mean - van revs down to idle rpm, then rpm gauge starts to jump between 300-900, then van stalls out. wait 10 sec , crank back up and it runs fine.
Van had the rear main seal changed out then 3/4 was slipping so transmission was rebuilt. then i though gas so ran it to 0 and refilled plus additive, then I just changed the spark plugs and ohm'd coil packs.

What does the van's motor run like while just idling or "revving" the motor when in PARK? IF it runs fine like that, then I would consider another trans fault if only doing this when driving the van. Seems to me I remember a "spat" of torque converter troubles on these later year trannies. From what you describe, it sounds to me like the lock up converter and solenoid for it are not disengaging when coming to a stop. May want to have a GOOD trans shop diagnose that aspect.
Good Luck!

Since it's doing after warm up and in idle I am trying the air intake sensor and MAP sensor.
After that I will take it to my transmission guy.
Thanks
