Default '92 LeBaron LX General Info

Anyone have access or reference as to how many 1992 LeBaron's Chrysler built? Seems "routine" parts for the J bodied cars are rare, or am I just looking in all the wrong places?

You need to accept that a 1992 model is 26 years old and can be considered officially as an "antique car". Parts are going to be hard to find more often than not. Try searching for "mopar"

Default '92 LeBaron LX parts

Indeed. Amazed at how hard to find NOS or prime used parts. Our local resources (pick and pay's,stock junk yards) don't have a single '92 LX, K cars yes, J's none. Could be a prime opportunity for those to part out decent J bodies, especially the LX convertibles. If anyone has a pristine chrome trim strip for the right (passenger) door, drop me a note. Our body shop dinged mine while prepping for a repaint.

Keep an eye peeled on eBay. You might find a guy parting out a car. Chances are he won't list the part you are looking for but might list some other part like a fender or tail light or something. If you find a listing for a part like that, write the guy and ask if he's got what you need. I've been lucky like that finding something I needed but it wasn't listed. You might have to buy an entire door to get the molding.
