I don't get it.
I have a Sebring with a 2.7l engine. 4 door...

The hose from the compressor to the condenser (front), keeps on breaking. The aluminum portion cracks open.

Here is what i did.
[LIST][*]Replaced the hose - it broke again[*]welded the hose where the crack was - it broke again[*]welded the hose again and added reinforcement - it broke again[*]replaced two motor mounts (front and passenger side)[*]installed new hose - it broke again[*]installed new hose and wrapped the aluminum portion that runs near the
exhaust manifold with protective heat tape (thinking the cold and heat shock would be altering the aluminum composition at a molecular level)

IT BROKE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What i am thinking next is to fabricate a custom hose with some kind of high pressure company.

Any other ideas or comments? Please help...
