Chrysler 300M Oil Leak

Default Chrysler 300M Oil Leak
Any problems with the oil plug stripping the threads on the oil pan for a 300M?

F/U: Dealership claims it is common for the threads to become stipped on oil pan for 300M. Is there any history confirming this or are they just covering their mistake?

aluminum oil pan its common for some one to mess it up putting it in and then just tighten it up until the next person comes along and sees it stripped.
