Heat problems

Cool Heat problems

My 2001 300M is not following the temperture I select. I place it at 72 and nothing but cold air comes out. I have to put it to 80 for any heat to come out.

Any ideas?:

possible clogged heater core or blend air door motor

Check coolant level.
