Cool heated mirror?

I own,(purchased used) a 2004 Chrysler Town and Country van. A recent minor accident, removed my passenger side mirror. I believe have found a replacement, but I have a few questions about the application. First; the replacement mirror lists as an '03. Will it fit my '04? It appears to be the same mirror, but I only have a photo to go by.

Second; the replacement lists as power, heated. I know that i need power, but how do I know if the old mrror was heated? A bit of info that may help: The back of the old mirror has what looks like a printed circuit on a transparent applique that covers the back of the mirror. Two black wires from the housing attach to this via spade connectors. Also visible in the housing are siingle white, orange and red wires.

before order the replacement, I want to make sure that my electrical connections aren't going to be a problem. Thanks in advance for any responses.

go online to some of the Chyrsler part suppliers, and compare part numbers, or better yet call you local Chrysler dealer and ask them.
