Do I have to do something to see pictures attached to the posts?

I wanted to see the picture in this thread:

and didn't let me.

Thanks elen88 for reply!!!! I guess I'm not understanding how to see images, also when I try to go the Photo galleries the following appears to em:

Is there a minimum number of posts to get access to photos or something?
