Just Bought a 1997 Chrysler LHS
I bought it from my Son for $1,500
It needs a wheel bearing assy. on the left front soI got new ones for both sides
Then I decided to go ahead and get the axle and cvc assy. for both sides since they are popping and cracking real bad. The car has 156,000 miles on it so they are past due to be replaced anyway.
It has a few other minor kinks in it but still a sweet ride.
Just wanted to say Hello and I'll be posting a few questions real soon.

RE: Just Bought a 1997 Chrysler LHS
The Axles were $59.00 each. (re-manufactured)The Hub Assy. were $85.00 each. It was $196.00 labor to do the job and an alignment.
Cheap in my book considering it's 10 degrees outside and I would have had to buy the tools to do it myself.
If it had been summer time I might have done it myself... but as cold as it is... no way I'd even think about it.
